Teen Volunteer- Video Game Program Assistant

Looking for a fun way to earn volunteer hours while helping out your library? We're inviting teen volunteers (grades 7-12) to help facilitate our Ready, Set, Game! program for grades 6 - 8. Volunteers will spend 1 hour providing set-up help, tech assistance, and video game instruction to help make our Nintendo Switch 2 program a success.

This is a flexible drop-in opportunity, so there's no commitment to return every week. Participants will earn 1 volunteer hour per shift.

Registration Required. Please register separately for each event occurrence.

Teen Volunteer Qualifications:

Student in grade 7-12
Reliable and dependable
Experience setting up and playing Nintendo Switch or  Nintendo Switch 2 
Communicates well with both library staff and patrons
Able to work on short-term projects with guidance; requests follow-up information as needed
