Looking for an easy way to earn volunteer hours while helping out your library? We're inviting teen volunteers (grades 7-12) to help us keep our shelves in order. Volunteers will spend 1 hours straightening shelves and checking that the book labels are in order.

This is a flexible drop-in opportunity, so there's no commitment to return every week. Participants will earn 1 volunteer hour per shift.

Registration Required.

Teen Volunteer Qualifications:

  • in Grade 7-12
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Enjoys working with children and families
  • Communicates well with both library staff and patrons
  • Able to work on short-term projects with guidance; requests follow-up information as needed
