Who We Are
Columbia Pike Library loves our volunteers!
Adult Volunteers: We are a small library and therefore seek just a few adult volunteers to support circulation activities and to lead programs. If you don't see a current volunteer opportunity posted, check back later. We do see volunteer turnover.
Teen Volunteers: We sometimes seek teen volunteers (grades 9-12) to support our Youth Services librarians and their programs throughout the year. Teens interested in community service should check our Events page for community service programs. These are drop-in events that do not require a volunteer application but by attending and participating, teens can earn 1-2 community service hours per event.
What We Do
Location and Transportation:
We are located just north of Columbia Pike, walking distance from the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse and in the same building (separate entrance) as the Arlington Tech High School.
Parking is limited at Columbia Pike Library. We encourage volunteers to explore public transportation options: Transportation Options: Columbia Pike Branch Library.
